This is s somewhat rather blurry rendition of a great team from the 90s, Marvel's X-Factor.
Quicksilver, Forge, Havok, Polaris, Wolfsband, Madrox the Multiple Man (three bodies of his), and behind them, Strong Guy (yep, that's his name).

The costumes make them look like they're all doing the team from the animated series on the 90s.
