Badass Birthday
Seventy years ago in 1955 Jimmy Smits was born.
I first discovered this badass 35 years ago when he played Victor Sifuentes on L.A. Law. After that, Senator Bail Organa in the later Star Wars movies, Det. Bobby Simone on NYPD Blue, and from what he the most badass in, Matthew Santos in The West Wing, a representative from Texas who in the last season became the first Latino president.
