Badass Birthday
In 1910, one hundred and fifteen years ago, Mother Theresa was born in North Macedonia.
From what I found online:
"Mother Teresa, a Catholic nun, devoted her life to helping the less fortunate. She established the Missionaries of Charity, a religious group that offered aid to society's most vulnerable. Mother Teresa set up hospices, orphanages, and clinics for leprosy patients, creating a network of missions and shelters worldwide. Her humanitarian efforts were recognized with awards such as the Nobel Peace Prize. The Missionaries of Charity carry on her legacy by providing assistance to those in need around the globe."
Sadly she passed away in 1997 at the age of 87. Her life and her work in it clearly make her a badass.
