This is apparently one week's worth of rations for one adult during World War II.
I have a hard time believing this is a week's worth. I mean, I know we eat WAY too much food nowadays, but this doesn't seem like it'd be enough for an entire week for an adult!
One a tangental issue, I have somewhere in my house, my Grandmother's and my father's ration books. Dad was just a kid. I think I might have my great-grandmother's as well, but I'm not positive.
