This is the final panel of Justice League International #7 (which had been just Justice League through issue #6) back in the late 80s, and it shows the lineup of the team at that time.

Martian Manhunter, Batman, Black Canary, Booster Gold, Mister Miracle, Blue Beetle, Guy Gardner Green Lantern, Rocket Rd, Captain Atom, and Captain Marvel, with Oberon and Maxwell Lord standing in front.
