It's about time, and for me, it's no surprise. I mean, really, what shot did he think he had? Hillary, and to a lesser extent, Bernie, already has most of the endorsements and money already locked up. And where was his base of support supposed to come from? Hillary has the majority of the Democrats already, Bernie's got the people to the left of her, and, as the quitting of Jim Webb has showed, there aren't a whole lot of Democrats to the right of Hillary, where Biden presumably would be.
So it's good, in my opinion, he dropped out...or rather, never entered.
