Come join out party, not just anyone will do (Part 16)...

So we got our first Democratic withdrawal from the presidential race:  Jim Webb.

No great loss really.  I mean, he never had a shot anyway.  And now, that's he's quit one party's primary, he's mulling over a run as an Independent.  Which is just as pointless as his Democratic run.  He's too conservative for the Democrats, obviously.  And he's nowhere NEAR batshit crazy enough to have a shot with the Republicans.  So he won't get Democratic votes, and he won't get any Republican votes, so, I have to wonder who he thinks WILL vote for him?   Short tempered, former Republicans who become a Democrat and a one term Senator from Virginia who whines about not getting equal time, perhaps?  Yep, that's about it.

Honestly, though, I really thought we'd lose Chafee or two or three other Republicans before Webb.

So this is how it looks now:

Democrats

And the clown car bus that IS the Republican candidates
