Anniversary Avengers
There was a point Steve Rogers gave up the mantle of Captain America. The US government found another man take over the costume and shield for a time. Eventually, Steve Rogers returned and took over the name Captain America. The second man got this cosutme and shield and took the name USAgent. He was a long time member of the West Coast Avengers. He has powers and abilities similar to Captain America, but not to the same degree.
In The Falcon And The Winter Soldier series, we saw the USAgent, aka John Walker, as played by Wyatt Russell. I beleive he's going to reprise the role in the upcoming Thunderbolts movie.
