Best Of......
I've been reviewing the seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation:
So today, we're on to Season 5.
This season has a lot of good ones: Unification Part 1 & 2, Conundrum (although it doesn't hold up well on subsequent viewings), Cause And Effect (which even though we know the ending twist, still DOES hold up well on subsequent viewsings), I, Borg, and the critically acclaimed The Inner Light. All good episodes on their own, and all could be considered for placement here.
However, I went with an episode without any kudos from the critics, one that I just enjoyed from beginning to end, and even on subsequent viewings as well.

Disaster
It's just a whole bunch of fish-out-of-water stories. Picard stuck with kids; Worf having to be a mid-wife to Keiko; Troi in command; Geordi & Crusher having to blow out a cargo hold airlock. And there's humor as well: Riker pushing the wrong button on Data's head; Data losing his head; Worf having to be a mid-wife to Keiko.
Just a fun, and funny, story all the way through. Again, one of my favorite episodes of the entire series.
