The end of the month I have a visit with my endocrinologist, so of course I had to get blood work done.  And the A1C result was....6.4!

As you can see, over the 13 and a half years I've been tracking it, this number is tied for the lowest it's ever been!    Incidentally the doctor wants the numbers under 7, so this not only makes me happy, it should make her happy too. 

Also the doc had a full metabolic panel done up on me and out of the 14 or 15 tests I did, they all came up normal except for one which was just slightly low.  I have no idea what they were for or what the name of the tests were but hey, all those good results are a good thing.  

Also, since it's the end of the summer and I usually have my annual HIV test, so I had that done at the same time and that came back negative.  

So all in all, a great round of bloodwork!
