MAPS!
Today's map is a floorplan for a quaint lil two story home.
I'm not a huge fan of bedrooms on the first floor right next to living/eating areas, but with this floorplan, if it were my house, I'd probably make the first floor bed room the guest room. The secondary upstairs bedroom is just too close to the main bedroom to be a guest room (guests don't need to hear any bedtimesexxyfun from the Master Bedroom...and vice versa!). The upstairs smaller bedroom would make a great library!
