There is, I just recently discovered, a gay porn parody called, appropriately enough: Batman And Robin, An All-Male XXX Parody. See?
First of all, I'm not at all sure how they can get away with this, I mean, how can DC Comics NOT sue over this? Does added "parody" to the title disqualify and copyright infringement?
But above and beyond all that....a Batman And Robin GAY PORNO? With, apparently, the Ridder, the Penguin, and some generic shirtless masked twink appearing in it as well? I assume the guy in the tan uniform is supposed to be Commissioner Gordon...but who knows?
Oh, you KNOW this porno is just gonna suck. And totally NOT in a good way! They're selling it for $29.99. I'm half tempted to buy it, not so much for the sex but just for the novelty of it all.
And of course, well, there IS the sex too.....

Short answer. If it's legitimately a parody, then yes, it's probably exempt from copyright. Copyright usually doesn't protect against "fair use" which includes critique, news reporting, educational purposes, and parody.
On the other hand, the fact that the porn is using DC's batman and robin logo probably does infringe on a different kind of intellectual property - trademarks. If a judge finds that the use of the trademark would or could confuse consumers into thinking they're buying a DC product, that would violate trademark.
Not legal advice
