It was a nice enough film, but really, it wasn't that great, was heavy handed and way too "Hollywood" instead of realistic. Perhaps all that is because I so loved the book, I wasn't expecting the same kind of awesomeness. And i didn't get it.
Although it did have in minor parts, Nikki Blonsky, Ana Geysteyer, the big black gay kid from Glee, and even Scott Bakula. But they weren't enough to save it, unfortunately.
