Today In The History Of Polt's Comic Book Collection
Today, we travel back to August 2001 and the first issue of a pretty damn amazing series: The Exiles!
The premise is an interdimensional being grabs people from various different parallel timelines and puts them into a team to correct mistakes in certain timelines. The six above were the original six assembled, but over time, each of them either died or were returned to their timelines to be replaced by other people.
It as written by Judd Winnick, from the Real World San Francisco. He's an uneven writer, but he did great work here. And it was originally drawn by Mike McKone, a great artist. But as both of them left the series it kinda went downhill. Still, I have all the issues from the series until it was canceled.
