So....

I back in May I posted about a group of people I knew who had died since September 2024.  Most of the were just peripherally, but still, all the following people died in 9 months: 

- My cousins' grandmother (through their mother, not their father, who is my uncle)

- One of the first Puntabupeeps I ever met in real life...and who, for a time, was an extremely close friend of mine. 

- The brother of another Puntabupeep.

- The First US President I ever supported, even though I wasn't old enough to vote yet. 

- Out dog groomer, when we had dogs.

- The Father of one of my closest friends in high school. 

- My boss at one of my first jobs. 

And now, since May, we had...

- Another Puntabupeep who was only in his 40s.

- The mayor of our town who I knew who was also the father of a girl I went to school with.

- The grandmother of one of my closet friends 38 years ago, and back then he and I hung out at her house every Sunday night when she made a big meal for the whole family.  She was an incredible person.

So that's 10 people I know who died in almost a year.

I know as I get older, more and more people I know are going to die, but man, that many people in just a year....crazy!  And frightening.
