I have this EXACT same pair of Superman boxers...although presumably in a larger size than he's wearing. And I've got a purple bob wig, not pink. However, even with the purple wig, I still wouldn't look anywhere near as hot as him.

Although, with the wig, it'd be close.

Shut up, shut up, don't want to hear it...

I have to wonder, who lit a fire under Darth Chaney's white, saggy ass?

For 8 years, we couldn't find him with GPS, a map, a compass, Sakagawa, and two shirpas, but since the beginning of the year, he's harder to get rid of than grass stains out of white silk pants. He's on TV more than that Vince Guy from Sham-Wow! Someone needs to remind him of who and what he really is: an EX-Vice President. In other words, nobody, with no power and no say so over anything.

Imagine, if you will, what the result would have been had Al Gore spoke out publically and repeatedly in the Spring and early summer of 2001, about how bad Bush's new policies were. My GOD, Laura Ingraham's vocal cords would have ruptured from all the screeching she would have been doing; O'Reilly would have sputtered around with such righteous indignation the view in his forehead might have exploded; Glenn Beck would have fallen even faster into the insanity and self-delusion he now is surrounded with and Boss Limbaugh...well, he would have just popped a few more bottles of oxy-cotin and went on with his meaningless, endless diatribes.

But can you imagine the outrage from the far right wingnuts if Al Gore had DARED even think about doing something like that?

Does anyone else long for the days when Bushie was stumbling through the English language spouting crazy irrational statements in front of the cameras and Darth Cheney was incommunicado at an 'undisclosed location'...and NOT the other way around?

Well, kids, if I'm not mistaken, this is the 4th anniversary of HNT! It was back in May of 2005 that Os officially started this weekly photo adventure. I joined up in March of 2006 and have been playing along ever since.

In order to commemorate this event, I submit the following for HNT this week:

Its four Tarot cards, the number four from each set. And they're covering up something I wish to keep covered...FOUR-tunately they cover it quite nicely. And congrats to Os, HNT, and all it's participants on Four great years! And here's to four more!

Picture show, second balcony, was the place we'd meet...

I finally had weather good enough, and time enough, to go out and enjoy my new patio rug on the balcony.

I know it doesn't look like I'm enjoying much, but just being able to sit out there, in a warm spring evening, feet crossed, watching the world pass me by....well, it's pretty damn relaxing.

I LOVE those "motivational" posters. Here's a few I posted previously:

And here's several I made myself...obviously during last year's presidential campaign:

And I just recently found a site with a whole HORDE of them. Some are kinda weak, but I stole borrowed a whole bunch of the more funny ones! Like so:

TMI Tuesdays
1. Have you ever participated in HNT? If so, when? If not, why not? Been doing so since March of 2006.
2. Have you ever avoided certain sites because of the HNT pictures that were posted? No, I used to check out every HNT photo posted, don’t have that time now, but I still do try to visit a lot of them.
3. Have you ever posted a HNT picture that you wish that you hadn't? Nah. Some didn’t go over as well as I would have liked, and some weren’t really all that good, but I’m okay with all that I posted.
4. Do you email/text/call anyone regularly with someone you met through HNT? I don’t think I do. I used to, but they don’t participate in HNT anymore. In fact, both of them closed up their blogs completely. Don’t know what happened to them.
5. What percentage of your online friends are current or former HNTers? Well, I know of two people that have posted on HNT because of my HNT posts, but they’re not regulars or anything.
6. Does anyone in your "real" life know that you do HNT (if, of course, you do)? Well, yeah, some of my friends that read the Palace know I do it. My mom knows, but since I don’t do X-Rated HNT’s, it’s not a big deal that she knows.
7. Other than previously-known friends, have you met any fellow HNTers? No, can’t say as I have.
8. Have you ever downloaded someone else's HNT pictures? Oh hell yes, all the time! If they’re hot photos, I’ve got ‘em. Have my own folder on my computer full of them.
BONUS QUESTION: Have you ever submitted a picture for "...the Other HNT"? Yep. Twice of myself, and three times with photos I took of other people.

A redneck, it's alright to ride...

When you've got him on his hands and knees facing away from you, and you've forgotten and the cowboy hat, and the can of warm Bud he's holding and the shouts of "Yeeee-haw!" and "Harder, y'all!" and the confederate flag beltbuckle hanging from the worn, frayed jeans of his thrown carelessly on the floor don't remind you, well, the tattoo is there to help you out.

Those rednecks, always so courteous.

Be my bad boy, be my man, be my weekend....

What I did this weekend.

Friday night, saw Star Trek again, will Mrs. A Local Celebrity, Mr. David ParisPeking. Got to be about 11:30 pm.

Saturday morning, somehow, pulled my fat ass outta bed at 5:40 in the freakin' morning (!!) cause I thought I was gonna get slammed at work with new clients. Only had 10. And managed to get done the thirteen other jobs I had to hand out to clients that day as well. Left work at 2:30-ish. Came home and took an hour nap.

Saturday evening, went to another 'reunion' of the ex-Borders employees. Got there at 6:00. This one had an addition the last one didn't: The Mighty Lee. He's an AWESOME guy that used to work at Borders with us. There was drinking, eating, Vanilla Bean Cheesecake, toasts, and much much laughter, and even more good times. Then, while everyone else went to a local bar to watch another ex-Border's employee play in his band, I went to Michelle's (my traveling companion to Toronto) house for a party for her brother's girlfriend Cara.

Cara is leaving for two months to study a lamprey eel in Washington State (and not mussels in Oregon as I have been telling people), so they were having a goodbye party for her. And what fun it was. Some of her friends were there, some of Michelle's son Jeremy's friends were there. The majority of the party, therefore, was made up of cute young guys under 25.

At the party, I bonded with a cute Hispanic girl Maria, and got to know her boyfriend Nathan better. I played a team drinking game with the 20 year olds, and my team won. I talked to Michelle's grandmother and partents, got several photos of cute young guys, drank wine in a box from a pyrex measuring cup, ate deviled eggs, wondered why Konrad and Kristy weren't there, checked out many a young man's ass, enjoyed watching the first Asian I've seen at one of Michelle's parties, gay my passport back, talked a very tall and stupid cute guy named Scott, discussed gay bars, co-ed toilets, gastro-intestinal problems, chili cook-offs, gay pride parades, my job, saw Jerey in his grey boxerbriefs, played with the dogs Josie and Spike, mocked some guy's 70's porno moustache, and oh, did I mention checked out the eye candy? It was a fun party.

Shortly after midnight, as the party had pretty much ended, I got a call and went to pick up The Mighty Lee as he was spending the nicht on my couch. We came back here and talked until after 2:00 in the morning before going to sleep.

He woke me at 8:30 cause he was going out for breakfast with one of the other Borders people. So he showered, I gave him directions, and when he left about 9:30, I went back to bed sleeping until about 11:30.

Then I showered, dressed, got a bucket of KFC and went to Bob, Don, & Janet's. They had made the meals all the other times I was there, so it was my turn to provide the food. And since I can't cook to save my soul, KFC was the next best thing. Although I DID forget dessert, but Don made a suh-weet bunt cake after we ate and we had that still hot, which was awesome!

Then today, Monday, I had to get up and go over help Mama Polt move a bunch of crap from the old garage she rented into the new garage she had built. Why anyone would want to keep all the crap she saved and decided NOT to put out to the trash or sell at a yard sell totally eludes me. But then I turn and look around my apartment and realize I could ask the same thing of myself, so whatever.

And THAT, my friends, is why I haven't been posting much over the last few days. but with these days out of the way, I should get back to my regular four or five posts a day posting.
