His 'allies' (if they still remain so after him) know he's a moron and laugh at him.
The dictatorships (Russia, Saudi Arabia, China, North Korea) know he's so easy manipulated with flattery and so they do it, and they laugh at him.
His 'enemies' (say Iran) know he's all air and not action, so they just keep standing firm and they laugh at him.
It's so sad and pathetic.
