When I first saw this, my immediate thought was, "Oh my God, that's Mikey from over at Cocky And Rude !!!"

But after closer inspection, I realized it couldnt be.   It's obvious really.  I mean, Mikey doesnt have a tattoo on his arm and this doesnt have a handfull of cheese puffs.
