Today, I have a doctor's appointment.  It was just a usual periodic checkup.  There was good news!

I continue to be HIV negative.  My A1C was 8,0, which isn't as good as it should be, but is exactly what it was last time.  I'm more or less staying consistent, so that's a good thing.  So good in fact, he said he only needs to see me once every four months, not once every three.  Everything else in my blood work was perfect, like it always is.

My shoulder still bothers me when I move it in certain ways, so I finally told him to order an MRI.  And then later this afternoon, the hospital called me and we scheduled it for next Monday.  Pretty quick service!  Anyway, I also brought up how I' ve been sick for the last three weeks, and he determined it's probably a sinus infection (even though I'm not feeling any pain like I did with previous sinus infections), so since I've had it this long, he prescribed amoxicillin, and we'll see if that hopefully kicks it out of me.

Anyway, not a bad report overall.  And here is chart of my A1C over the years.
