I can only shrug. I mean, we have to expect these things to happen since we're not willing to do anything to stop them. And we need to do more than just offer our 'thoughts and prayers' AFTER a mass shooting. Sure would be nice to have something done BEFORE a mass shooting. But, eh, whatever.....shrug.
