Dead Or Alive?

Ernest Borgnine.  Bonnie Franklin.  Margaret Thatcher.  Dr. Joyce Brothers.  This Dead Or Alive thing can be pretty dangerous, I think.  Who knew I had this kinda power?  So Cupcake had a great idea: Why not do an World Dictator Edition of Dead Or Alive?  So hey, here we go....

Manuel Noriega

Mr. Noriega was born in 1934 in Panama.  He was the military governor of Panama from 1983 to 1989.  The United States invaded Panama in 1989 and captured him for return to the USA on charges of drug trafficking, racketeering and money laundering.  In 1992 he was sentenced to 40 years in prison, later reduced to 30 years.

So tell me, Manual Noreiga, is he....Dead Or Alive?
