Badass Birthday
On this date, in 1945 in Houston Texas, Jacklyn Smith was born.
Jacklyn Smith has had a long and varied career, but of course she's best known, and it's why she's a badass too, for playing Kelly Garrett on Charlie's Angels. She was, in fact, the only 'angel' to be in every season of the show, as well as cameos in some subsequent specials.
But if that isn't enough, she's also a keen businesswoman who started and marketed her own line of fragrances and clothing, and did so successfully. Also, she's had roles in many tv specials and mini-series, in fact earning an Emmy Award for her portrayal of Jackie Kennedy.
Total 'angelic' badass.
