DEAD OR ALIVE UPDATE!

Well this one was apparently too easy again.  Yes, former Justice O'Connor is still alive.  

And yes, I too wish she hadn't retired, her replacement Alito is a Scalia clone, and that particular troll is something we do not need more of on the Supreme Court.  And Mr. FDot gets no points whatsoever, since his response was so snarky.
