Chapter 10, Page 11...
Sunday, I woke up to go to the bathroom. Then got back in bed, putzed on my phone, read some of my book, then went back to sleep for a little bit longer. When I woke up this time, I read some more, and then the thumping music started next door again. Not anywhere NEAR as loud or thumping as before, but I could hear it, and feel the vibration. It wasn't as bad, but still somewhat irritating. I'm used to not having the TV on or music playing most of the time I'm here, so anything that disturbs that silence, disturbs me. It's not bothered me like this before though...I think that time a few weeks ago when it was shaking everything it was so loud has kinda put me on edge a bit. But I'm sure with time, I'll get over that.
Anyway, I got up, showered, dressed, walked to Rutters for coffee, came back and read the paper and then mom arrived. We went to Hagerstown, to the grocery store and then to Sam's, cause we both needed a few things, and then to Olive Garden to eat. After that, we dropped my stuff off at my house, and then went to watch my cousin play peewee football. He plays on a team from north of Chambersburg, but they play my local hometown peewee football team as well, here IN my town, so mom and I went out, sat with his mother and brother and watched. My cousins' team won (18-0!). We were out there for about an hour and 15 minutes...I think I got a bit sunburned. Anyway, after the came, she dropped me off at my place. I hung out here, on the computer and watching some football (Washingon lost! YAY!), until it was time to leave.
I drove to the ParisPeking household, watched the Dallas game with Mr. ParisPeking (Dallas lost. Boo!), and ate supper with the family. Mr. ParisPeking had made a Thanksgiving meal (because he had a turkey at the house). Coincidentally, it was also Canadian Thanksgiving weekend, so we unintentionally celebrated that holiday as well. We had the turkey, and mashed potatos, and stuffing, and corn, and a salad, and buns. And it was ALL delicious! Mr ParisPeking is an amazing cook....but don't tell him I said so.
After watching Dallas lose (again, boo!), I came home, watched some pre-game and a little bit of the football game, then watched the hour and a half premiere of The Walking Dead. Afterwards, I watched just a bit more football, and then went up to bed. I read a little bit and then went to sleep.
