Someone book me a room (Part 224 & 225)...
Chapter 8, Page 11....
Mom and I had our cars packed up with boxes the night before, so this morning, I got up and showered and dressed and walked over to mom's and we waited. For my uncle and aunt. They brought the van and the pickup, which we loaded up as well. And then mom and I went to the village and got her keys.
After signing some paperwork, we took the keys to the cottage and unloaded the van and pickup. Then we went back to her house and loaded them both up again. Going back to the cottage, we got them unloaded and the cars as well. Then mom took us to Applebees for lunch. Following this, I came back home. I read, I was on the computer, I took a nap, around an hour, and it was glorious! I then called mom, she was at the cottage doing something. When she got back home, we went back out and unloaded some more of the boxes. After this, mom wanted a hamburger, so we went to Waynesburger and each enjoyed a burger. Then I came home, was on the computer for a bit then went to bed and read and to sleep.

I got up for work and got there without a problem. I completed all the things I needed to get done for the day. When I got home, I changed my clothes and walked over to mom's. She already had my uncle's pickup and we loaded it up with more stuff and took it to the cottage. After we unloaded it, she emptied a few of the boxes and then we returned the pickup, and got in her car. She wanted mashed potatoes and a real meal, so we went to The Parlor House. After the meal, I came back here and hung out before going to bed to read and to sleep.

Take you places you've never been before...
I've been thinking a bit today about Danny. He's not been my longest fuckbuddy (that would go to Dave) although Danny and I have been fooling around since like 1989 or 1990. There were long periods of not doing anything together, but still, we always end up playing again anyway.
But I do think Danny is perhaps the guy I've played with in the most varied of places. As I think back on it, he and I have had the bedtimesexxy fun in the following places:
1) Adult Bookstore we met in
2) His grandmother's house (he was living there at the time)
3) the stage in a local dinner theater he was acting at & had a key to
4) The back row of a movie theater
5) My apartment
6) His apartment
7) My house
8) The half a house they were renting, and now....
9) The house they bought.
I dont think I've done the nasty with one person more than 9 different places. Not with Kris. Not with Freddie. Nope, not with anyone. Other than Danny.

Monday when I woke up, I saw I had a message from a fuckbuddy of mine, Danny. He and his partner had just in the last month moved into a house they had bought, and his message asked, since he knew I didn't work Monday if I wanted to come over and see the new house. And by 'see the new house', we both knew he meant, "check out some rooms and then play around.' So of course I said yes.
I showered, dressed and headed out. They truly DO have an amazing house...even though I only saw the first floor. It's a reading nook, a little alcove right inside the door to hand coats, two fireplaces, columns supporting an archway between two rooms, etc. And all that was just, as I said, on the first floor. So we took a very short tour of the place, and then had some bedtimesexxyfun, which, as always with Dan, and much like his house, was amazing. Then I dressed and left.
I got home and putzed around here for about an hour before going up to mom's. Tuesday she gets the keys to her cottage, and we, along with her brother and his wife, are moving some of her stuff in. But she wanted to get our two cars packed up and ready to roll on Monday, so we wouldn't have to do it Tuesday. And since they were calling for storms in the afternoon and evening (storms which didn't really materialize until after I was asleep in bed anyway), she wanted to get them packed up about noon. So that's when I went over.
She had some boxes on the second floor brought down, which we did. And we got both our cars packed full: trunks, backseats and passenger seat up front. When I went to get Chinese takeout after we were done, there was no place to PUT the take out, except on the floor in the back behind the driver's seat. Everything else, was boxes or tubs.
The night before all this, mom called me...she wasn't feeling well. When I got over there at noon, her temperature was 100, she had had diarrhea, and was tired and achy. Her timing is impeccable.
Anyway, after we were done, and I ate the Chinese, I just spent the day lazing around the house doing the normal shit: Reading (finishing off one book and starting another), on the computer, watching some tv, the normal. I DID however, do a load of laundry. It wasn't terribly hot outside, like maybe 80, 81, but it was SO FREAKIN' HUMID! Ugh, I hated it. Had to have the a/c on.
I went to bed a bit early, like 9-ish or so, read some and went to sleep.

Got up a little late-ish Sunday. Did NOT get breakfast or coffee from Rutters. I did put around online and read some before getting a shower and then waiting for mom to come pick me up. We went to Longhorn Steak House for lunch. I didn't really like that place because I thought it was overpriced, but I gotta say, it didn't seem that way this time. Anyway, after that, we went to Ollie's, where I bought some books (surprise, surprise), and then to Sam's where I got candy for work. After this, mom dropped me off at the house.
The remainder of the afternoon was spent reading, on the computer, and watching some crap on TV. In the evening, a little after 8PM, I decided since I had done nothing all day, I went for a walk. Only a two mile walk, walking for only a little over a half hour, but still it was better than nothing.
Upon getting home, I took a shower, and then went to bed, read some more and then to sleep.

Saturday, at work, I took care of all the new clients, and get all that paperwork that I put off on Friday, completed. It wasn't a bad day at all. And I left two hours early.
I immediately went to the movie theater where I met A Local Celebrity, Mr. David ParisPeking. He paid for our tickets in, I bought us the drinks and popcorn, and off we went to watch the Vacation movie. It was....okay. There were some parts that were very funny, and others that were chuckleworthy, but portions of it were just, frankly, boring. The original Vacation series was much better overall, but it was a pleasant distraction.
After this, I came home, and hung out here a bit, and then later, decided to take a walk. I mailed a letter and then ended the walk at Waynesburger, where I got a burger and fries, took them home, and ate them here.
The remainder of the evening, I just hung out, on the computer, and watching "Tootsie", cause it's a great movie. I didn't watch it all the way through, cause I was tired, so I turned it off, went to bed, read some more and then went to sleep.

So, in the late morning today, a co-worker slumped into my office, plopped down in my chair and said, "Sometimes I envy you." I said, "Really?" And he said, "Yeah, you gay guys dont have to deal with women's shit."
He was having some issues with his wife and their communication and stuff. But I said, "yeah, I know." and told him what it reminded me of.
Johnnie one time said, "You gay guys have it so easy! As a straight guy, I have to first talk to a girl, make conversation, ask her out, go to dinner and a movie, pretend to be interested in her, and then after two or three more dates, MAYBE I'll get some nookie. But you, you don't even know their names, and you're having sex with them."
I nodded and added, "They don't even need to speak English." Which is true in one case, cause one time in Toronto, the guy I was playing with was moaning and mumbling things in French. That doesn't mean he did NOT speak English as well. It just means for the 15 or so minutes we were together, I never heard him speak it.
My co-worker just kinda looked at me after telling him all that, a few moments passed, and then he just pressed on with his marriage issues.

Friday, when my alarm went off, I turned it off and, unlike most mornings, I apparently did NOT reset the time to like 15 minutes later. I woke up about ten minutes before I was supposed to be at work. *SIGH* So I called in and told them I'd be there at 9, and proceeded to get ready. I didn't rush, cause really, what was the point, I was already going to be late.
There was a bunch of paperwork I wanted to get done that day, but, because of all this little piddlin' stuff that kept popping up, I never actually to get that stuff done. Ah well, there's always tomorrow at work.
After work, I stopped by Freddie's and got a sub for supper and as soon as I got home, I ate it. Yummy. I gave up on the book I was reading, it was a series of what-if's, about World War II. While alternative histories are very interesting to me, these scenarios in this book were very...dry. Very academic, somewhat boring. So I gave up on it, and I started a new one. Read about 40 pages by the end of the night.
Other than this, it was the normal shit: computer, a bit of TV, to bed, read and to sleep.
