Gay Guys From History

Hadrian

Hadrian lived from 76-138.  He was The Roman Emperor from 117 until his death in 138.  He built the Pantheon and built Hadrian's Wall in Britain marking the northern most point of the Empire.  He also had an intimate sexual relationship with a Greek youth, Antinous.  When Antinous drowned in 130, Hadrian  was deeply saddened and founded the city of Antinopolis and had Antinous deified.  Hadrian died of heart failure at the age of 62.
