Terry Sweeney
Mr. Sweeney was born in 1950. He was a standup comedian and a writer for Saturday Night Live before being hired as a cast member for the 1985-86 season. He was the first openly gay cast member of the show, and the only openly gay man to be a cast member. He did a wickedly hilarious (my opinion) impersonation of Nancy Reagan (which unfortunately I cannot seem to locate a clip of anywhere on teh Interwebs, but here's a pic of him as Nancy).
Following his season on the show, he continued to work on standup and behind the camera, with his partner Lanier Laney, on comedic ventures.
