Today in Gay History (Parts 1 & 2) ....

Since June is Gay Pride Month, each day this month (except for yesterday, since I didn't plan on doing this until today), I'll provide a little gay history, with Gay Guys From History!

(but since I missed yesterday, today I give you TWO Gay Guys From History...a gay couple as a matter of fact)

Alexander The Great & Hephaestian

Alexander the Great was the conqueror of the known world, his empire stretching from the Mediterranean Sea, to the Caspian Sea, from the Nile River to the Indus River.

Hephaestian was his general, friend, bodyguard and lover.  His death devastated Alexander and may have contributed to his own death less than a year later.
