Today, I walked 1.49 miles in 27 minutes at a rate of 3.3 mph.

It wasn't all that long, but I haven't walked since the 2nd, it's been too freakin' hot. And as it is, I walked between 8:30 and 9:00, when it was STILL freakin' hot, but not as hot as it had been earlier.
