Fading gray, here and gone, like a decoration for the holiday...

Last night, I finally got all the Christmas decorating finished (I start Sunday night, so it only took me like 5 days!) And of course, I got pics.

The purple Christmas tree, in front of the hanging purple stocking, with the little LCD purple Christmas Tree centerpiece on the table.

I decorated the DVD stands with Santa hats and a personalized stocking.

A big stocking (it's about three feet from top to bottom) hanging on the wall.

I strung Christmas lights up the bannister. And I hung a large purple ribbon on the front of the pole.

The lights looking down the stairs.

In my bedroom window I put a Dallas Cowboys Christmas Tree.

White star, sliver/blue tinsel wrapped around it and at the bottom, candie cane shaped Cowboys ornaments, two round glass ornaments and a ornament shaped like a Dallas jersey, all draped in strings of blue lights!

The Dallas Cowboy tree from outside and across the street.

Looking in the front door, with the blind open, to see the purple Christmas tree.

The front of the entire house: purple tree through door, Dallas Cowboy tree at upper window and candles in all the other front windows.

Not bad for my first attempt at decorating the house, eh?

It all looks fab. And it's a great idea to put a lit tree in the upstairs window, something I might try this year.

That looks great. I love the little blue tree in your bedroom. I've always wanted to do a tree all in blue and silver (too Jewish?) but I don't want to buy new decorations and there are always those that are special I want to put on.

I am very unmotivated this year. I guess we'll have to do it next weekend. Blah.
