Lightning Lass
Lightning Lass first appeared in Adventure Comics #308 in May 1963. Ayla Ranzz was born on the planet Winath in the 30th Century. She, along with her twin brother Garth, were stranded on Korbal "The Lightning Planet" and both struck by lightning and gained lightning generation and control powers. Garth founded the Legion Of Super-Heroes as Lightning Lad. He was killed later on, and she joined in his place. She was in a long relationship with her teammate Timber Wolf, but went she left the Legion, she left him as well. It was only later, after she rejoined the team, that she started a romantic relationship with another teammate, Shrinking Violet.
