Cats Are Evil

Is there any Disney villain, or pair of villains, more villainous and evil than THESE two?

Not only are they EVIL and CATS, but they fit this week's theme of Asians as well. Probably the only thing evil to be Asian, since Asians all nice and cuddly. Well, except for Imelda Marcos, Kim Jong-un, Japanese Manga, and that whole Vietnam war thingee....
