Wiccan

Wiccan first appeared in Young Avengers #1 in April 2005. Billy Kaplan is a mutant with the power to control magic. He, and his twin brother Tommy, aka Speed, are the long lost sons of the Scarlet Witch and her husband The Vision. Billy served as a member of the Young Avengers from the team's inception. He was a teammate of Hulkling, and the two have been in a relationship since the series premiered.
