President Reagan, while pushing the usual Robin Hood in reverse agenda of the right wing, distinguishes himself with and over-the-top loopiness. he averts that tresscause pollution, fails to recognize the sole African-American member of his cabinet, and relates transparently fabricated anecdotes about welfare queens buying vodke with food stamps. All this is done with a sly wink to the camera and a cloying air od simluated folksiness. - Gutterboys
