Now let's see if I have all this straight....

Dennis Hastert, just prior to becoming Speaker in the 90's, goes to Columbia and negotiates with officials there, and tells the country's leader he can deal directly with him and the Congress, and not the president. Bushie says = GOOD

Speaker Pelosi goes to Syria to speak with it's leader to reenforce the administration's positions and open a dialogue with that country. Bushie says = BAD

A delegation of Republican Congressmen go to Syria a few days ago to speak with it's leader and reenforce the administration's positions and open a dialogue with that country. Bushie says = GOOD

Congress takes week's vacation (the first, to my knowledge of the year and considering that the prior Congress only met a total ot 98 days all last year). Bushie says = BAD

The very first day of Congress's vacation, Bushie makes a recess appointment that would never have gotten through the Senate, thus taking advantage of the 'bad' Conressional vacation. Bushie says = GOOD (So DO two wrongs make it right?)

And, most hypocritical of all, the day after that, just two short days after deriding Congress for taking a vacation, Bushie himself leaves for his ranch in Crawford...for a vacation. This from the most vacationed president in history! Bushie says = GOOD
