When one decides to go out wearing only ones shiney, stretchy, silver pants with black boots and one glove, one must always remember one's umbrella! After all, one wouldn't want to get one's silvery stretchy trousers wet, causing them to become all clingy and see-through, thus causing a scene, now would one?
