Green Arrow I
The first Green Arrow first appeared in DC Comics' More Fun Comics #73 in November 1941. Oliver Queen was shipwrecked on a deserted island, where he fashioned himself a bow and arrows and trained himself in them to hunt animals for food.
Upon rescue and return to his home, he took up the costumed identity of Green Arrow, a modern day Robin Hood, to fight crime. On Earth-2, during World War II, he worked with the Seven Soldiers Of Victory team and the All-Star Squadron.
On Earth-1, Oliver Queen became Green Arrow in the 1960's, and joined with the Justice League Of America for a long tenure.
