Hey! there's no need to debate, it's time to designate...

I did not watch the debate last night, I already know who I'm voting for. If Obama states he likes to rip the heads off newborns and suck their blood, or if Jesus Christ himself comes back and puts his arm around Hillary and says he's voting for her and I should too, then I might reconsider my vote. Short of that, I'm voting for Obama Tuesday.

But I saw highlights and read about it. I heard a lot about lapel pins, the candidates' pastors, and bitter remarks. Strangely, I heard very little, if nothing about Iraq, Iran, the crisis with the airlines, torture, waterboarding, and nothing of that sort.

Now, please people, before you go vote, both on Tuesday for Pennsylvanians and in November for everyone, think about what matters to you more, think about what will matter to you more in two years, think about what matters to you more when you think of your kids in 15 years. What will be a bigger concern in November, two years from now, and for your kids in 15 years: Lapel pins, pastors and bitter remarks or an invasion in Iraq, threats to Iran, major US industries failing, and Americans torturing.

And vote accordingly, please.

We already voted the primary in RI, and of course Clinton won because this is definitely Clinton territory.

But the fact that for the first time in many years more people came out to vote the Democratic primary is encouraging.

amen! i watched the debate and thought it was the most ridiculous debacle masquerading as journalism i've ever seen in my life. stephanopoulos and gibson ought to be walking around with paper bags over their head. pick any 6 random registered voters and i bet they could have come up with more incisive, relevant questions. in fact, i also watched coverage on pcntv of obama and clinton addressing some manufacturers union out in pittsburgh....that group of people who would be considered uneducated perhaps had EXCELLENT questions from the audience.

bah, i was disgusted by the whole thing last night. but i'm with you. educate yourself and vote accordingly. and gees i hope we can boot hillary's butt out of the race decisively.
