This week we have Duo Damsel
1st Appearance: Early 1960's
Real Name: Luornu Durgo
Powers: Split into two seperate bodies
Origin: Luornu is from the planet Carggg in the 30th century, all of who's inhabitants have the ability to split into three seperate but identical bodies.
My Thoughts: Duo Damsel was originally called Triplicate Girl, and was the 5th member of the Legion Of Super Heroes. Like most of the Legion, she had a strange quirky power that alone, was kinda useless, but with teamwork from the other 30 odd members or so, they still accomplished things. I like her cause he power was so stupid, but yet she still worked within the team concept...and her tei-jitzu helped too.
At any rate, one of her bodies was killed by Computo, and she became Duo Damsel, able to split into only two. And then she married Bouncing Boy and they retired to run the Legion Academy. Over the course of several "reboots" he whole history was wiped out, and now she's always had three bodies, doesn't even know Bouncing Boy and goes by the name of Triad.
I hate reboots.

u sure know a lot about comics. i have 2 admit i know almost nothing about them.
Well, I've been collecting them since 1977, and buying them for a few years before that. I have a coupel thousand of them, I think, probably over 5000 actually.
I AM a useless fountain of knowledge on so many topics, comics being one of them. :)
