WASHINGTON - Succumbing to scandal, former Majority Leader Tom Delay said Tuesday he is resigning from Congress.
Thank GOD! Too bad it took this long. And may he be only the first of many such similar resignations.
Karma's a bitch, eh, Tom? Hits kinda like "a hammer", don't it?
